testing 502 [OPEN]

hello just tried fresh install with 502 and i get this. i used the auto installer
also acording myphpadmin the database has only 22 tables

is this just a upgrade package i downloaded ? and should i install 501 first

trying maual install now

tried manual install and now avg goes nuts when tryign to load main page something about JavaScript Obfuscation

wipped ftp and databases trying to redownload 502 and its gone Sad

, it's back, had some last minute things to check on. From the looks of it, you are missing a lot of the files. Just get the new package and re-upload it and post back on how things go.

ran auto install still getting those errors and its not importing database correctly still showing only 22 tables trying manual

ok tried manual install fallowed manual file and this is what happens when i go to the admin.php file

now im really confused

when load site it does this aswell its got to be somthing with avg toolbar crap have scanned my pc and host has checked their server and nothing found

if i turn off the toolbar main site loads but can go to admin.php

I downloaded the 502 as well and unzipped on server and I notice that all folders are set to permission 700 and all files are 600 should they be 755 and 644

Looks like the newbies will have problem installing.

I managed to install after changing the permissions and when I tried to go on admin I got blocked by my Norton that

Attempt to attack my computer is blocked

If the 502 is working fine on this website and the demo website that Shadow13 has than why are we having problem.

I do not have any problem browsing this website or the demo and Norton does not stop me.

Seems to happen because of the marquee/links in the theme header, if you disable your antivirus just until you set the links, (http://www.yoursite.com/admin.php?op=themeconsole) Then you can turn your antivirus back on and all is fine. We are still looking into this.

what about permission on folders and files they seem to wrong when I unzip them.

Did you run the yoursite.com/setpermissions.php? Not sure why the permissions would not be correct since the install works fine for the beta testers. Confused

is it just to test it our is it finished?? Plus will the 765.1 themes work with it?

Yes, it is in the d/l's again. I do suggest setting up a test site first to get used to it and see if you find any problems, then go from there.
